Tango #34 in numbers

Puzzle #34 starts with 6 given cells, 1 equals sign and 1 cross sign, leaving 30 cells to deduce. Our solver fills them in 30 forced steps without a single guess: 17 from the no-three-in-a-row rule, 11 from a row or column that already had its three, 1 from an = sign, 1 from an × sign. Every step uses the three basic rules, so this is a board you can finish without ever having to list possibilities.
